Italian words untranslatable

Every language has wonderful words that can not be translated into other languages. They often describe ways of life typical of the place and its culture, habits and traditions of its inhabitants.
Some examples in Italian?
Pantofolaio: a lazy, stay-at-home person, from pantofola which is slipper.
Gattara: a cat lady, but in Italian refers also to an unpleasant and solitary woman.
