By Bike

Fun with little effort.

My name is Stefano, and I was born with the bicycle, which for me has always been synonymous with freedom, discovery, and well-being.

This passion led me, as a boy, to participate in competitive races and Granfondos (Nove Colli, Dolomiti, Campionissima), and then to pass this love on to the youngsters at the Borgonuovo Sports Society in Collegno, near Turin. From that time, I cherish the joy of seeing children develop a passion for cycling and introduce them to it in a playful way.

Cycle trips around Europe and Italy have always been my ideal vacation, so much so that I became a certified Cycling Tour Guide for the Piedmont Region and a SIEB e-bike guide.

Cycle tourism promotes slow and sustainable mobility, linked to well-being and environmental protection. It’s the ideal way to share the landscapes and hidden corners of the places we pass through with travelers, and today, with e-bikes, this is accessible to everyone.

I offer one-day or multi-day bike rides to discover the beauty of Turin, where I live, as well as the magical places of the Langhe, Monferrato, Canavese, and Val Susa, for groups and individuals. I collaborate with corporate event organizers where cycling becomes an opportunity for recreation and team building.

I am part of the Italian Steps On Tour team, with whom we create experiential trips in Italy, by bike and beyond.

I have worked with tour operators specializing in cycling tourism and, for over 15 years, with Viaggi e Miraggi, a responsible tourism tour operator, designing and organizing trips to South Africa and Mozambique.

I hold the Ability Advisor qualification awarded under the European TAD project and specialize in tour planning and accompanying the visually impaired and blind.
